Sometimes having a puppy can add to stress levels and create frustration. When this is the case we seek a dog who is trained and just waiting for a veteran to come along. When this is the case, the veteran will need to attend a few session of training to get to know the command language for the dog and then the two (veteran and dog) will be tested as a team by the Government of Alberta

We have come across several veterans who purchased a puppy with the intentions of it becoming a service animal, but somewhere along the way the follow through didn't happen. We will get your current dog assessed to confirm they are a good candidate for training, we will financially assist you, and find a trainer that will work with you to become a Service Dog team.
